About Me
Hey! My name is August, I am a 24 year old songwriter, music producer, vlogger, and writer from Detroit, Michigan. Welcome to my personal website and blog! I have been a massive music fan for years before I started producing, and I take inspiration from genres all across the board.
Aside from my music, I love turn based RPGs, fighting games, sci fi books, and collecting vintage cameras, tech, and film.
I have also been reading a lot of psychology and philosophy, most recently diving into Carl Jung. I am a deeply spiritual and philosophical person and love unravelling the universe and gaining more understanding.
I have been trying to get more into writing as well. Feel free to check out my blog, where I semi routinely post longer form essays about things I have been pondering recently.
Despite the name, the sketchbook tab on my page will not be a sketchbook in a traditional sense. Think of it more like a microblog or a scrapbook! Work in progress song ideas, thoughts that I will not flesh out into a full blog post, or just me posting into the void about things I like.
